OliaEstate publishes general information about home insurance so that the parts of a policy can be understood before decisions are made. The material is educational in nature.
Nothing published here is a policy, a quote, an offer of cover or a binding commitment by any insurer. Cover exists only once an insurer issues a policy and the terms of that document apply.
The material on this site is general and does not account for the circumstances of any specific household, property or financial position. It should not be treated as a substitute for guidance from a licensed professional.
Decisions about limits, deductibles and endorsements remain with the person buying the cover, and the actual policy wording always takes precedence over anything described here.
Creating an account requires accurate information and an age of at least 18 years. Credentials must be kept private, and any activity carried out through an account is treated as authorised by its holder.
An account may be suspended or closed where information provided is false, where these terms are breached, or where activity puts other users or the site itself at risk.
This site is provided for lawful personal use. The following are not permitted under any circumstances.
Text messages are sent only where consent has been given during signup. Service messages and promotional messages are separate choices, and neither is a condition of purchase or of using this site.
Replying STOP to any message ends the program, and replying HELP returns support information. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply.
